Documentation and Control: Document acquisitions, implement procedures to control all ledger entries and adjustments for assets, liabilities and cash and cash equivalents.  Assist with opening bank accounts and establishing disbursement, purchasing and collection policies and authorities.

Systems: Establish accounting and data processing systems to maintain records and generate detailed and timely management reporting.

Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly balance sheets and statements of income and expense for oil and gas properties using generally accepted accounting principles.

Third-Party Audited Financials: Provide access and support for third-party accountant for annual audit.  Supervise the appraisal and valuation of assets including reserve reports from independent or internal engineers.
