Integrated operations team actively overseeing all aspects of daily operational requirements for oil and natural gas production and facilities.  Prepare, propose, and supervise workovers, recompletions and implementation of drilling and completion programs.  Focus on diagnosing problems, streamlining maintenance and operations, optimizing production and lowering operating costs

Provide ongoing comprehensive land administration services including preparation of assignments, farmout agreements, joint operating agreements, division orders, transfer orders, and letters-in-lieu while maintaining compliance with state and federal rules, regulations and orders.

Evaluate economics for projects proposed internally and from third parties.  Full reservoir engineering services including reserve determination, economic evaluation, and preparation of period ending reserve reports.  Develop and maintain geological databases for the creation of maps and cross-sections in any geographic region in the United States.  In-house seismic evaluation capability.
